WHATSHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT?
1. One of the most common reasons for this is an incorrectly entered username (email address) or password for your store account. Please try entering your username and password again.
2. If you have forgotten your password - please click on "Forgot password". A new, randomly generated password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
3. If you still have not been able to log in - please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
You can create an account in two ways:
1. Click on the "Customer Login" option from the main menu at the top of the page. You will be transferred to the next page, where you select "Register" and follow the steps.
2. You can also create an account while shopping. After you place your first order, you will receive an email to confirm your account, click on the confirmation link and follow the steps.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?
1. You can pay online with a credit or debit card.
2. You can pay with cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment (only for Bulgaria).
WITH WHICH COURIER COMPANIES ARE DELIVERIES MADE?
All our deliveries in Bulgaria are made with the courier company ECONT.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PRICE?
1. For orders up to 49.99 BGN, delivery to an ECONT office will cost 7.99 BGN and delivery to customer address 9.99 BGN (only for Bulgaria).
2. - For orders above 50 BGN, delivery to an ECONT office is FREE and delivery to customer address will cost 4.99 BGN (only for Bulgaria).
3. For international orders please contact us for shipping cost.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
1. Delivery in Bulgaria usually takes 1-3 business days (depending on the location). For cities - usually 1-2 business days, for villages - usually 2-3 business days.
2. International deliveries depends of destination country. Please contact us for more information.
CAN I RETURN ORDERED PRODUCTS?
We provide you with the opportunity to return the purchase within 14 calendar days in the condition in which it was received - accompanied by the original packaging and all labels and documents with which it was delivered. The delivery cost for returned goods is at the expense of the customer. Read more in our General Terms and Conditions.
